Fix Your Feet interview questions

Meet with the owner and discussed why I would be an asset to the company. It was two interviews one as a meet and greet the other was spent observing the office for half a day then negotiated an offer for the position. I was offered a 90 day probation period and that was 5 years ago and I am still learning on this job.
