Fizz Social interview questions

1 screener with hiring manager, 2 with engineers, 1 with cofounder. No leetcode :), take home projects sometimes included. lots of walk-me-through it and what-would-you-do type questions, as well as how you fit in startup culture

2 rounds, first round was shorter, second round involved a task in Google Sheets that I was not informed about ahead of time. The second interviewer was standoffish, unengaged, and borderline rude.
