Two interviews, one with HR and Senior employee, one with C-level.
After the interviews they replied with an offer within a couple days. Unfortunately the offer was not competitive to the industry and they were unwilling to move e('maybe after 1 year of doing the job we will give you more money').

This is a young compant where you need to show your initiative. Can you give me an example of a time you had to take the lead on a project?

Interview
First Recruiter screening within 2 days of applying for the role, then the first round with Manager and other Product Owner. The final round took place in the office in Rembrandt Tower with that Product Owner and Dev Lead.
The whole process was very clam and each of the interview was conversational. Questions on how PO's generally work day-to-day in different situations. No in-depth brokerage/finance related question.
Got the offer same day of final interview and the contract in next 2 days.

On-site interview (Final Round with SPO and Team Lead) : Sprint planning for 6 upcoming sprints (with dummy tickets).

Interview
I applied online and soon the recruiter reached out to me. The process consisted of 3 rounds: 1st talk with the recruiter, 2nd and 3rd talks with the future manager and the team member.
