Got reached 3 times on LinkedIn by them, I finally accepted to have the first interview to explore opportunity, asking me why I want to join fleet and bunch of questions. Saying they will contact me soon and they ghosted me. The same person passing the interview and reached me was complaining on LinkedIn that candidates didn’t made research on the company’s before… the respect goes in both way.
Similar experience to the previous comments. Got ghosted after three rounds of interviews, including two case studies. This company is profiting from candidates' case studies. The interviewers were not professional.

response, followed by a successful case study assignment and a subsequent interview. I invested significant time and effort in preparing for the process and appreciated the opportunity to engage with the team. Unfortunately, after the final interview, I received no further communication or feedback. Despite follow-ups, the company did not respond. It’s disappointing to experience such a lack of professionalism, especially given the time and commitment required from candidates during the hiring process. Feedback—whether positive or not—should be a basic courtesy.
