Interview
The CBE was held at flex office and questions were easy from quantitative aptitude, english and basic supply chain related terms like what is warehousing, invoice and logistics. The selected ones would have a GD round where mostly all were selected(we were exempted as it was time already and left for the day without GD). They called me 4 weeks after CBE for the F2F interview.

Where are you from? (This was a serious question for them as they insisted me I stayed longer and would ask excuses for being late)
What do you know about Flex? what do flex deals with? what position you are in for the interview now? (After answering - Procurement Specialist) What is procurement? What is your job description? (It would be in the call letter they sent) What is PO? Not the expansion but definition.

it was average interview, with not much difficulty,interviewer asked the questions after I answered he explained very well, and everything went good & friendly.

I attended a Walk in which lasted for five minutes only, but i had to wait for my turn (waited for 5 hours in the lobby - Tested my patience so much!!). But the interview was walk in the park..
