After waiting of 2 hours @ Flight Network its face to face discussion. Panel contains one member and he very fraud. he was not asking any single question on dot net. i think he don't have knowledge. he just check my resume and point out the mistake i made. i don't know how he judge candidate on the basis of technical knowledge or my checking its resume. I travel 30km for F2F discussion ane he was not ask any single question related to my skills, it very frustrated for me. very worst experience with Flight network.
