Flip is very laid back. You'll probably be called in to the office first. You'll talk about your passions and your interests. If you've been called in, chances are they already see potential in your work. They just want to see if you fit their "google-esque" culture. If they really life you, they'll more than likely bring you to a bar for drinks. Most of their business is done over drinks and getting to know each other.
