Campus Recruitment
There are three rounds in the process:
Round 1: Fundamentals of Machine Learning, including supervised/unsupervised learning, evaluation metrics, feature engineering, regularization, and basic probability/statistics.
Round 2: Problem-solving discussion focused on a real-world E-commerce scenario, covering data curation, system design at a high level, model selection, handling scale, and trade-off reasoning.
Round 3: HR / Behavioral round, assessing communication, culture fit, teamwork, leadership experiences, motivations, and future goals.
