Flora Cannabis interview questions

Easily the most chaotic interview process I’ve ever had, the manager clearly is in over her head. Rescheduled my interview 3 times because of her errors, finally went in, was promised a call back within 3 days, it took a week and a half. They confirmed they wanted me on the team and gave me a date for a test shift. Then, silence. I call back a week later and find out they rejected my hire for an unknown reason. I’d probably suggest brushing up on hiring and interview skills before trying to do this again
