I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Floream (London, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
I got invited for a telephone screening with the hiring manager, which was refreshingly different - felt like a genuine, open conversation. The recruiter had provided me with the links to the company's various brands to familiarize myself with what they did and was open to answering any questions and even taking feedback. In the second stage, I was asked to complete a task - update an activity according to the parameters provided as part of a Marketing Course/Content - I was asked to explain how I thought my revised activity would enhance learners' understanding of the work. There was no news for a week, however after following up, the hiring manager provided some valuable feedback.
