Flourish interview questions

Strangest interview process I've experienced so far in my job search: stopped me mid-interview to inform me I would not be fit for the role due to me being softly spoken, nothing mentioned about my CV or background. Rude and unprofessional at best..? At least make up some other kind of excuse.
