Flower and Hewes interview questions

She was very honest and upfront that this was new and had brought the wrong people in prior as she believed thus was a job that people could prove themselves and grow with. She said in our interview " I don't want to be the boss" she really wanted to open this new space and have someone else run it so she can do what she does best which is sales and representing artists to she said I think 30 plus galleries. It makes me upset when I see people write negative things as she really wants people to succeed but it seems there are more victims out there and all have sob stories. If it doesn't workout I move on but looking forward to what this can teach me. I have little art sales but enough to carry with my management skills.
