      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flowserve (West Chicago, IL) in May 2014

      Interview

I applied online and was hired within two weeks. Straight-forward process. I got contacted for a phone interview then was scheduled for an in-person interview, all within a week. The in-person interview was very laid-back and simple and the interviewer did a good job of making me feel comfortable. The next day I received my offer.

They first set-up a conference call to interview you. They then call you in for an in-person interview. At the in-person interview, you are given a tour of the facilities. Very laid back environment

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flowserve

      Interview

I was first given a phone interview which was about 20 minutes. It was very basic and to the point with questions about previous jobs in high school. The majority of the questions revolved around if I had any experience training anyone in the past and what I did to accomplish that. I was then offered a second 1:1 interview. This lasted about 40 minutes. I was called about an offer a day later and accepted it.

      Question 1

Can you remember back to a time when there was a dispute between you and a fellow employee or management and what did you do to resolve it.
