    Cons

There is no future at this company. If hired you will have endless problems dealing with quality & competence problems dealing with the factory now located in another country. A large effort to have US locations document how...

      Cons

Poor leadership in Corporate IT group Always expected to work more than 40 hours per week Understaffed for the amount of work Low level of emotional intelligence in management Goals and timelines that are unrealistic

      Advice to Management

Flowserve Corporate IT projects are run as a CMMI maturity level 1 organization. They are reactive and disjointed with unrealistic timelines. Project management processes need to be put in place to standardize and improve project quality. IT leadership needs to get a better pulse on their workforce.
