Interview
The hiring manager did not know and was not clear about the expectation for the position. Job description was vague and questions in interview were irrelevant. She was definitely confused. She missed the scheduled interview without notifying and later at rescheduled meeting did not mention it or apologized.

Questions were irrelevant to the job description and hiring manager could not clarify questions on their expectation and was confused.
Hiring manager was absent for the scheduled interview time without any notice. I waited and then called recruiting people. Another time was set when hiring manger was travelling! Very disorganized arrangement.
