I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Flowserve (Beaumont, TX) in Jan 2015
Interview
I applied online as a recent grad. Overall the process took a week.
1st - spoke with an HR person through the phone and talked about myself and qualifications. Took about 20 min.
2nd - About 9 days later I was contacted by an HR person to schedule my second interview. The second interview consisted off interview with 4 other people and a shop tour. The interview was more of a laid back conversation than formal interview conversation.
The interview process was not hard at all since all they wanted to know if you had exposure to rotating equipment and are looking forward to learn more.
The interview process was quite smooth and had a logical progression from phone interview with recruiter, to Teams meeting with the hiring manager, and then in-person with the hiring manager.

Interview
I had an initial phone interview, which was really simple. They have called to verify some details about my application, then scheduled my next interview. This interview will be over the zoom, which I did not expect. I thought it will be in person. We will see how it goes.

Interview
Smooth and inviting atmosphere. The process was low stress and not interrogatory, more like a casual conversation. First received an email pertaining to availability of an in-person interview. Once scheduled, just had to show up in proper attire.
