A primeira etapa é a de avaliação de currículo, seguida da segunda etapa, que consiste na demonstração prática de habilidades em escrita, SEO e uniqueness de texto, principalmente blog post. Apenas um texto curto, a partir do briefing da própria empresa, foi exigido. Depois, alguns outros testes práticos. A última etapa foi uma entrevista breve com perguntas gerais, e também para acertar pontos importantes, como salário.

I liked the interviews with Flowwow. The people working there seemed nice and the case study they gave me was interesting. The interview process overall was pretty quick, including feedback. I would have been happy to get the offer, but they chose someone else at the last stage.
