Interview
The interview was pretty lengthy and I was asked everything apparently covered in a mechanical engineering coursework. There was a panel of 2 people, one from the static department and one from HVAC. Before that, there was a test covering MCQs from Mech Engineering and Aptitude.
They kind of bulk hired trainees.

Interview
The hiring was a three step process consisting of a written aptitude test, a technical interview and an HR interview. Out of 60, 40 were shortlisted for the technical interview and 20 for the HR interview.
