Via teleconference. Interviewers are professional yet not intimidating. They are in fact warm and friendly. Questions are reasonable. Practically brief. Questions can be answered in a conversational manner. More on behavioral questions.

Interview
I applied on the website, got a call from HR to setup an onsite interview. Interview took about 45minutes. It was very positive, the interviewer was too nice to be true. I left the interview with a positive feeling. Was told i would hear beck with 5days. I sent a thank you email the day after. I got a call from HR within 5days with an offer which I accepted. Had a drug screen and a background check.
