      Oxnard, CA
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fluor (Oxnard, CA) in Dec 2009

      Interview

Filled out an online resume and then proceeded with a 200 question IQ and Personality test. After completed never heard anything until a received an automated phone call to to say I was accepted but I must call back. So returned the phone call and proceeded with the telephone interview. Everything went well but I decided to not accept the offer due to the pay and hours working as being too low.
