I was recommended by an associate that worked with me at a previous employer. The site manager called me and we met 1:1 and after the interview I was contacted by the corporate HR person. The HR person then led me through the steps that would make me successful. When I accepted the offer and started work my first task was to complete an on boarding process, basically an on line schooling, to get a feel of the culture and leadership.
