Interview
The process was all via email, doing several assessments before being rejected but it's nice to have a process that's completely asynchronous, and no rushing between steps. People were very nice and the assessments were challenging and fun to do instead of the usual interview cycle.
I had a very great experience, the team was responsive and helpful. There were hard technical tests but they are pertinent and fair. The whole process doesn't involve any calls.

Interview
It's a very interesting process that respect our time. I haven't gone through the final phases, but we can clearly see that I've aligned on the concerns they raise about traditional hiring process. Also, they make it clear what are the expectations for the interview itself and the role.
Also, they try to mimic problems that they have on their daily bases, not a synthetic kind of challenge.
