Flying Lab Software interview questions

Applied through a contact that worked at Flying Lab Software. Received an email with an programming test. The test took about a day to mill over and a couple hours to solve. Sent the test in and got a phone interview. The phone interview consisted of some non-technical questions along with a basic OO problem. After the phone interview set up an in person interview. The in person interview consisted of 4 separate interview which consisted of whiteboard programming and general questions. Waited a week and heard back. Unfortunately didn't make the cut. It seemed like a nice place to work.
