Focus Corporation interview questions

I applied through their careers page, then received a call from HR which immediately turned into a phone interview (lasting about ten minutes). Afterwards, I went in person for an IQ test and an HR interview. Everything seemed positive. HR told me the next step would be a technical interview with the manager, but I never heard from them again, no call, no email, no phone call. Nothing. Then I discovered they had reposted the same job posting again.
