I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Focus Integrated (Feering, England) in Dec 2021

Interview

Patchy. I was interviewed by two members of senior leadership. One of them stopped the call mid way to shout at someone in the office. She also pretended a member of staff was physically there when he wasn't because I asked to speak to them (as I would report to them). She swore and acted like she was totally above this process.

1 interview, they asked if I could handle stress and high workload. When I answered yes it was like they didn't believe me. Two women interviewed me, they didn't seem very nice and didn't seem friendly
