Folx Health interview questions

My experience with FOLX’s interview process was disappointing and unprofessional. The recruiter canceled twice on the same day as our scheduled interviews, then took about a week to follow up with a new time. When the interview finally happened, it was clear they were distracted — they were talking to someone else during our conversation. When I later met with the hiring manager, she seemed disengaged and uninterested, as if my presence was an inconvenience. I was also asked to complete a writing sample, which I submitted promptly, but I never received any acknowledgment or follow-up afterward. It’s mind-boggling to see this level of disorganization and lack of courtesy from a company that promotes care and inclusivity. A simple update or thank-you would have gone a long way.
