The first step was a phone call, which was normal and quiet. Next was a meeting with Hailee, who now, noticing the non-profit doesn't have any people of colour once she noticed I was of colour was standoffish and didn't answer any of the questions I asked her ( even she asked me if I had any questions). Huffed the entire interview. Wishing her success as it's a non-profit to help people. But what a racist and prejudiced experience!
