Interview process was basically the owner and the director telling me how great the company was trying to convince me to work for them. Questions regarding my previous experience or education were practically non-existent. Application consisted of stating your desired salary, ended up being offered 25k/yr. less and absolutely no benefits at all (no healthcare, no retirement plan, no PTO, no nothing) at the moment of interview.
