You come into the store you apply to & they ask you a series of questions that are based on sneaker culture, your knowledge of the sneaker industry, and your general interest in the position.
easy and straightforward. asked the basic questions. very friendly and made me feel comfortable. STAR method interview. they asked real life scenario questions and experience questions. just be yourself and you should be okay.
Pretty simple ask you simple questions like why do you wanna work here, tell me about yourself and stuff of that nature in a sense. The job is kind of taxing at times but it is fun some days
