They will check your communication skills which should be ok... Then one typing test...which also should b ok....like 20 words per minute... They don't need well qualified experienced employment.... Because they pay less...so they prefer freshers

1st round is with HR executive regarding JD and Profile Matching. Formals is must to attend interview. 2nd Round with operations team Head. Knowledge on MS Office and Good Communication is what they look for. 3rd round with HR head for discussing salary and offer/appointment.
