The interviewer is friendly.
There is an easy test.
The company provides a clear timeframe for a response (around two weeks).
There is no need for a follow-up email or call (no reminders needed).
OK. It was OK. It was good. Nice people with good questions. Not a bad experience. Thanks for asking about the interview process, which was good, and not bad. Again, it was a decent experience going through the interview process, so that's my assessment of the interview process.
Just two rounds, followed by long silence. No feedback, no updates, no correspondence. After almost a year, the company is still inviting applications and has not filled in key roles.
