      I interviewed at Forbes

      Interview

It was a thorough, smooth process. First a phone screening, then a first-round interview with the part of the social team (who you will report to and their boss), then a written test, then a second-round interview (the boss's boss and the analyst) and then get ghosted. For a company that writes the bible on the interview process/job hunting they sure as hell don't treat candidates the way they dictate candidates should treat potential employers. We can handle rejection. Ghosting isn't cute Forbes, you already ruined your reputation with the Kardashians.

      Interview

I had a phone interview and then an in person interview a couple weeks later. I had an overall positive experience and there was constant communication and transparency. I spoke with three different people during the in person interview (each separately).

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Forbes (Jersey City, NJ) in Oct 2018

      Interview

Went normally, beginning with the tell me about yourself question. Then the role was described in more detail, and we went over my background. It went well but it wasn't the best fit for either of us. I was notified a week later that someone else got the job. I had already moved on to something else, but I appreciate the professionalism.

      Question 1

Would you be fine with working some weekends, having to quickly make posts about breaking news?
