Owner interviews. Vacancy if urgent, hires you immediately. Gives a small test on paper. Hires you even if all answers wrong. All base if requirement very urgent. Will usually hire you even if you write total rubbish.
Thanks for sharing your interview experience. Interviews here, are quick and easy. Usually, there is high clarity in terms of required candidate profile. Interview in some cases is just a hygiene check.
