It wasn't so much an interview as a long conversation, with some technical questions interspersed here and there. However, even the technical part of the interview, which involved a simulation question, was meant to test QA skills rather than technical support skills, which is really the bulk of the work I later did. The conversation was somewhat meandering and purpose-less, and it was difficult to understand from it exactly what the job entailed. The whole thing took about 3 hours.
