Formant interview questions

Interviewed here in the spring of 2024. While everyone was very pleasant, the interview process was pretty unreasonable. This isn’t hyperbole - the process was 9 rounds. NINE seperate rounds of interviews, each at least 45 minutes long, closing with a 90 minute panel presentation which was effectively a free business strategy session for them to use. Mind you this was for a mid-level IC role. In the end, I never even ended up hearing back at all. But all in all it worked out as after about the 5th round, I treated the interview as practice for other roles. Ended up accepting a role elsewhere for double the pay, after only 3 interviews. Again, folks were nice but my lord do they have efficiency issues.
