Was a quick process, only asked 1/2 questions about my experience and their company then said I wasnt right for the role and good luck with the future. Was helpful advice but he said he already knew from my cv I wasnt right.
I was invited to interview within a few minutes of submitting my application. The next week, I had a short Zoom interview with the recruiting manager who at the end of the interview invited me for an in-person interview at their offices. At the time, I was living in London and it was not long before I was moving to Bristol and was finding a job. I travelled to Bristol for the day and attended the interview. They only asked me one question, and so it was entirely up to me to keep the conversation going. At the end, they quickly ushered me out, no indication of when I would hear back. I never did. Two weeks past and I contacted them to enquire if there were next steps to the process. Nothing. Completely unacceptable that companies think it's okay to completely ghost someone after they have taken time and effort to attend their interview. Not even a short rejection email at the second stage of the recruitment process. Totally unacceptable.
I interviewed at Fortem Events Ltd (Bristol, England)
Interview
Weird. They didn't really ask any questions about me or my previous experience. It felt like if id burst into flames in front of them they wouldn't have flinched.
They said they needed someone to do all the work neither of them wanted to do. The whole atmosphere of the office and the interview was very off putting. Im not sure if they'd found someone they wanted to hire and this was just protocol? Either way, it was the first time I'd been rejected from a job and I was over the moon about it.

Question 1
Honestly, not a lot. I think the one thing they seemed to want to know was how soon I could start.
