There was a prescreening before the first round of interview. Exam was paper based having some base questions related to SQL, Linux, Aptitude as well. Based on performance, they call for the next round.

Not fair interview on all steps- The HR team don't communicate well, they send you a test and you don't hear back from them, then you will get another interview for another job and you don't know if that it for this job or the previous job
