I have over 13 years of experience and been through many interviews in the past. I can say by far this was the best interview process but because the interview was easy or I got selected but because the interview had a human element to it. I asked for a 2 weeks time to attend the technical round as I was busy moving to Canada from my home country and both the recruiter and then technical panel were fine with it as they understood what it takes to leave your home country and move to a all new place. This was an interview where words mattered more than certifications on paper. Though I did not have any certifications what the technical panel assessed was my knowledge on the technologies and if I fit into the requirement. A big thank you to the Fortinet management to foster right culture and values in the organization and especially the recruiting team as they are the face of the organization atleast during initial interaction.

Friends help posted the resume. The hiring manager reached out to me. The whole process of interview is very smooth, efficient and pleasant. The HR staffs of the company are very friendly and efficient.
