Interview with one of the BD manager via recruiter, is a young ladies. She doesn’t sound experience in BD or market know how.The whole process is unprofessional and doesn’t sound right, the ladies keep asking what my current company business state and deep into their sales strategies and sales figure, rather interview and understand me. The recruiter tell me those previous candidate get rejected because they doesn’t disclose sales figures and number so is important to share this information. The ladies asking question more on business discover on competitor rather normal interview process. I’m shocked this the culture and their way of doing business.

I applied for an internship role through my university's career website. The first interview was over the phone with an HR representative. She basically asked some generic questions about me and my interests. Following this was a video interview with the same HR rep. She conducted the second stage of the interview asking some behavioural questions. The third stage was with a senior business development executive, he asked some role specific questions. It is worth mentioning that he was chilled and friendly. Sadly, I didn't get the job.
