FotoWeb interview questions

I have had 2 interviews with Fotoware (the HR screening and then interview with manager of the position and an account manager). After the 2nd interview, I reached out several times to the HR, and she never responded. There were no feedback at all during 3 weeks, and then I only received an automatic email saying I was not selected from the company's software emailing system. I found this really not respectful since I've spent time preparing and passing 2 rounds of interview. At least some feedbacks or even a call from the HR to end the process would be the minimum courtesy.
