I applied over Christmas and received an invite to interview for 2nd January with the person overseeing recruitment. I responded and the interview was confirmed.
During the interview the person overseeing recruitment told me a bit more about the company and role expectations.
At the end of the 30 minute interview I was talked through the recruitment process and was able to ask questions at the end.
That was five weeks ago and now I have been ghosted

Tell me about your work history
What made you want to apply
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Founders Forum (London, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
Good first discussion. Identified a lot of synergies between my experience and the role. Was invited to second interview and sent an indeterminable 'Presentation' task for the second round. There were too many unknowns and too many forced assumptions to make the task worthwhile. Heard nothing ever again, which is disappointing when a candidate has been put through the effort of creating a presentation.
This was a short and informal interview. It felt very rushed as the interviewer seemed kind of impatient. They were looking to hire for a one man team. Overall, the interview felt unprofessional as the interview and job responsibilities were not very well defined.
