Very disorganized, I was contacted by three different “recruiters” within 2 months that didn’t communicate with each other so it was basically me giving 3 of the same phone interview. Also after I accepted the offer and received a welcome aboard confirmation, I was called a week later that I’d I didn’t respond to the offer they would revoke it :) so yea communication and organizational was as comical.
