I applied through an online portal. The process took more than 2 weeks. Step 1: Telephonic round - Technical interview (Questions on JavaScript like explain closures, callbacks, promises) Step 2: Aptitude test - Test is designed by Mettl, above average difficulty level. 4 Sections; 70 Questions; 75 Minutes; Data Analysis, Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Ability and Verbal Ability Step 3. Technical interview # 1 -(Questions like Explain architecture of your current project, authorization and authentication related questions, stateless and stateful protocols, SQL and NoSQL related questions) Step 4. Technical interview # 2 - Same set of questions but with increase in difficulty level and also interviewers grilled a lot on everything that was mentioned on resume. Step 5: HR interview - Projects you work on, your role, hobbies, why Fractal... The logistics for interview process were properly defined. The HR kept me informed regarding the status at every stage of interview. Had a great experience through out.
