Online test consisting of questions on SQL and Python. Cleared online test but never heard back from the recruiter. On mailing back to the recruiter, fake promise of continuing the application was provided.
Overall very disappointed with the hiring team at Fractal.

3 level interview. 2 technical rounds & 1 fitment round. They don't just test your technical skills, but rather your competency & way of thinking & handling projects. One of the best interviews i have ever faced.

It was the most unique interview for me to date! There were 3 rounds for this role:- 1. Technical Interview 2. Case study round 3.HR round
After clearing all the rounds, and submitting the documents, I was told the role went on hold just a day after completing the process.
God knows what the real reason was, but disappointing experience.
