The interview experience was great, level as intermediate level. There were 4-5 rounds first was online coding (coding + sql) second was online coding.
3 was behavioral round and 4 was HR round
I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Fractal (Vāranāsi) in Jan 2025
Interview
The process is quick. The first stage is Aptitude test, then Resume Interview with little python coding (some were getting DBMS and SQL) then a technical interview with senior, it was also mostly resume based with little behavioral questions, then HR interview. I was out in the HR round.

3 rounds of interview got shortlisted for 3rd round but then they selected only 6 ppl lat last , which was unfair for me from my college side that's it
two assessments through ikigai, then a bot interview and then a personal interview. Preparing the answers basics are important, and behaviour and cognitive abilitywill be assessed thereafter you will be onboarded within 2 months
