Franklin Applied Behavior Services interview questions

I interviewed with them summer of 2023 and it was a very unprofessional experience. The woman who I had been speaking with prior to my interview was apparently not on sight and didn’t inform anyone of my coming that day. So I received a very informal, slap dash interview from the lady working the front desk. Questions were very strange and didn’t feel professional or relevant to the job, additionally she was just reading from a piece of paper and made no attempt at genuine conversation or interaction. The interview questions felt like they wanted me to come up with answers I didn’t have. A lot of “Tell us about conflict at your old job” or “Something your previous bosses did that made you upset”. I tried to politely say I didn’t have major conflicts to speak of and they urged me to “try and think of something”, which felt strange and negative for an interview.
