The hiring process at Franklin Fitch takes an average of 8 days when considering 4 user submitted interviews across all job titles. To compare, the average duration of hiring at similar companies like BlackRock, Inc. is 14 days, Fabricated Software, Inc. is 2 days, and Apple Inc. is 21 days. Candidates applying for Help Desk Technician had the quickest hiring process (on average 1 day), whereas IT Support Specialist roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 14 days).
Initial interview was about 30 minutes long and seemed to go well. The single interviewer seemed interested in finding out more about me and asked a fair number of background questions not just in relation to this position, but also in an apparent attempt to possibly fit me with other openings they had now or possibly could have upcoming.
After that initial interview, the representative responded once to my follow-up email a week after I requested as status update. Two more follow-ups sent from me after another week and then two were ignored.
TLDR is that this company does not seem to be professionally oriented and will ghost you.
