The first round was quite standard, the interviewer was friendly. They made me do a task on the spot (5 mins to come up with ideas for improving an instragram post), and I had an hour after the interview to do a second task. A few days later I was told that I had not progressed to the next stage, but then received a message telling me they had changed their mind, and asking me to attend a second interview with only a couple of hours' notice. That was just with the CEO, felt like he was trying to catch me out. They never followed up.
