Freedom First Credit Union interview questions

During my final round of interviews, I had the opportunity to meet with three directors. They were incredibly welcoming and created a comfortable environment for the conversation. They asked detailed questions about my professional background, diving into my previous experiences and accomplishments. Additionally, they were keen to understand how my skills and knowledge could contribute to the overall success of their team, and how I would fit into the organization's goals moving forward. It was a thoughtful and engaging discussion that left me with a positive impression of the company.

The interview process started with a phone conversation with a member of the HR team. Round 2 was a in person interview at the branch I was applying for. Both rounds had thoughtful questions but the process was not over bearing. The onboarding process is smooth and the HR team is helpful. The communication is clear on what is required, and what the next steps are. New Employee Orientation is awesome!
