first is the technical assessment and then is the interview with hiring manager , they asked how did i handle clients and coordinate with stakeholders which i explained what i was doing these many years and where my skills can leverage my accountability of the different accounts.
The interview was conducted formally, One panel judge, and it was very interactive. However, as the interview progressed I felt unprepared based on the questions being asked and the need for clarification. More or less, I learnt a lot during the session.
